The Justice Center Reporter is an independent publication available by subscription, not affiliated with, supported by, or obligated to, any political party or interest group. Its purpose is to inform and entertain the Northeast Ohio legal commu­nity and interested citizens about civil jury verdicts and judi­cial behavior and competence. Its sole concern is the competent, efficient, honest and fair operation of the general Division of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.

The Justice Center Reporter is copyrighted under the laws of the United States and State of Ohio. Any reproduction in whole or in part of The Justice Center Reporter without per­mission is prohibited.

1. To purchase a subscription, please click on the “register” link in the right hand column on this page.

2. You will be transferred to another page where you will be prompted to enter which subscription you are purchasing. The amount of the subscription depends on the size of your firm and whether you are subscribing for one or two years. Please use the drop down menu to select the number of lawyers in your firm and the number of years you are subscribing for (i.e. 1 year subscription – Firm of 1-4 attorneys).

3. After choosing, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site, which accepts either PayPal payments (if you have an account) or credit cards.

4. Once you have paid, you will automatically be redirected back to this website to register. PLEASE be patient and wait for the redirect. Should you have a problem, please send us an email by clicking here – and tell us exactly what sort of problem you encountered.

5. Your name and email address should already be filled in after you are redirected. Simply input your username (your first and last name with no spaces) and your password (your street address). Password must be entered twice.

6. Click on the “submit registration” button.

7. You will then be sent to our “thank you” page.

8. From there you can click on the “reporters” tab in the top navigation bar to view any past or present edition.

***Please be advised that we utilize an “automatic” subscription renewal system. If you do not wish that your subscription be automatically renewed at the end of your term, please let us know and we will manually disable that function – and let you know when you are up for renewal so that you can re-subscribe.
